30-day return window

Unused equipment in its original crate and packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Attachments that have been mounted, run, or modified cannot be returned, because used equipment cannot be resold as new.

How to start a return

• Request a return authorization with your order number within the 30-day window.
• Repackage the attachment on its original pallet with all included hardware.
• We arrange the freight pickup and send you the pickup window.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of the returned item being inspected at the warehouse. Return freight and a restocking fee may be deducted on non-defective returns of oversize equipment. Defective or misshipped items are returned at our expense with a full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at no cost any time before the pallet ships. Once freight is in transit, the order is handled under the return process above.
