Shipping Policy

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to the lower 48 states. Oversize equipment such as the PTO stump grinder ships by freight carrier, and a liftgate or forklift may be required at delivery. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are quoted separately.

Handling and transit

• In-stock items leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days.
• Freight transit typically takes 3–7 business days depending on distance.
• Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the pallet.
• The freight carrier calls to schedule a delivery appointment for residential stops.

Inspect before you sign

Inspect the pallet with the driver before signing the delivery receipt. If anything looks damaged, note it on the bill of lading and photograph the crate. Damage noted at delivery is resolved quickly; unnoted damage is much harder to claim with the carrier.

Missing or delayed shipments

If tracking has not updated in five business days, contact support and we will open a trace with the carrier and keep you updated until the freight is located or replaced.
